Modern modular house

Modular houses are the essence of the 21st century, because they meet all the needs of modern man: the possibility of quick construction, compactness, and small financial investment. Modern House 35 modular houses from our offer are able to meet all these requirements at the same time, offering exceptional comfort and impeccable design.

Modern House 35 modular houses, which we offer to our customers, are next to houseboats a “gem” in our offer. They are 11 meters long and 4.2 meters wide, giving a total living area of 34.86 m² (8.3 m x 4.2 m). In summer and on warm autumn or spring days, the area is expanded by a large terrace, which is an integral part of the building and a space that connects the garden to the interior of the house. The terrace is finished with durable Scandinavian boards and aluminum rails. Investors who want to increase this space even further can also opt for a second terrace on the roof of the building, which will be accessed by a staircase protected by railings.

However, modern modular homes are not only about compactness, but above all – functionality, so we took care of the most practical and thoughtful arrangement of rooms and other issues that translate directly into convenience of use.

The building has a steel structure, and foam insulation ensures thermal comfort. The ceilings, equipped with LED lighting, are finished with PVC panels, while the floors have vinyl panels. The standard equipment also includes aluminum windows, PVC siding facade and installations: water, electricity, antenna, heating (with radiators and furnace). Every modern modular home also has a well-equipped bathroom with space for a shower, sink with cabinet, and mirror.

Modern modular home – for whom?

Modern modular homes are often chosen by young people, for whom traditional brick buildings designed for many generations are no longer an attractive option. Waiting months for a building to be constructed, high investment costs, and above all – being permanently tied to one place – are disadvantages of brick houses. The downside of masonry buildings (especially large ones) is also the high cost of maintenance – for this reason, modern modular homes are also chosen by older people, for whom a smaller footprint is more practical to operate, and the cost of living is much lower.

Our modular homes can be lived in year-round, but for many investors, it’s a great option for a vacation home and a retreat to escape to on weekends and days off.

The short construction time also makes the Modern House 35 modular house a perfect fit for investors who plan to build a larger complex of vacation homes.
